Classes and Examinations will be allowed to resume after June 22, 2020 with required restrictions.
Please be advised, attendance at some class locations is limited due to social distancing protocol which will result in classes reaching capacity quickly. We are working diligently on reaching out to all candidates who have current orders in place to get them rescheduled. Candidates will be accommodated based on their initial scheduled class date and on a first come first serve basis. If you have emailed or left a voice mail, we will be getting back to everyone as soon as possible.
Notary Learning Center and CPS HR are following recommendations and guidelines provided by the CDC and the California Department of Public Health. For everyone’s safety, we ask that all candidates comply with the guidelines below.
These are requirements and must be followed.
- Must bring and wear a face covering during the duration of the time onsite.
Proctors may request that candidates adjust their face mask to visually confirm the candidate's identity during the registration process. Candidates without a face covering, or who do not meet the health requirements will not be allowed to test, no exceptions. Any face covering where the nose and mouth are fully covered is acceptable
Notary Learning Center and CPS HR are unable to provide face coverings to candidates.
- Must attest that they meet the following health requirements:
Are not currently experiencing any associated symptoms of illness and have not experienced these symptoms within the last fourteen (14) days: Cough, fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, at least fourteen days have passed since exposure or quarantine has been lifted.
- Should maintain 6-foot social distance during registration and processing of other candidates.
- Should bring their own pens, pencils, highlighters.
- Should bring their own water, coffee, beverages. Our venues will not be providing beverage service inside the classroom at this time.
- May bring and wear disposable gloves.
- May bring personal sanitation items including hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes into their exams.
All of our class locations are complying with required protocol and are committed to providing a safe, sanitary environment for all staff and guests. Our classrooms will comply with the current social distancing precautions to include ample seating, testing one candidate per 6-foot table. Our class locations hold a maximum of 40 people with some locations limited to less due to local protocol restrictions.
We look forward to welcoming candidates back to class!
Thank you and stay well,
