Amidst the current COVID-19 situation, and acting in compliance with the "Stay at Home" mandate set forth by the State of California, Notary Learning Center has canceled scheduled classes through the month of April.

As of now, we anticipate moving forward with our scheduled classes and testing in May. However with the ever changing situation, if classes are required to be postponed further we will continue to update this information on our website and will be emailing to all of our students.

If you are currently scheduled for a class in April, we will be contacting you via email with instructions for rescheduling your class. Please be advised, we are working diligently on reaching out to all of our students. If you have emailed or left a voice mail, we will be getting back to everyone as soon as possible.

Moving forward, Notary Learning Center is committed to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for all of our students while continuing to closely monitor all updates provided by the CDC and local government offices.

As our classes and State testing resumes, Notary Learning Center along with CPS HR Resources, will follow the current State mandated guidelines which have been put in place and which we are implementing at all of our class locations moving forward until further notice.

  • Our classrooms will comply with the current social distancing precautions to include ample seating, testing one candidate per 6 foot table. Our class locations hold a maximum of 40 people with some locations limited to less due to current restrictions.
  • Candidates will be allowed to bring personal sanitation items including hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes into their exams.
  • Candidates will also be permitted to wear masks, should they choose. They will be required to show the exam proctor the mask to ensure nothing is hidden in it and it doesn't pose an exam security threat.

All of our facilities have committed to increasing their cleaning protocols and disinfect surfaces more frequently.

Anyone who shows up to class with the slightest symptoms of being ill will be asked to leave and to contact us to be rescheduled to a later date when they are well.

We understand the difficulties and challenges with this ever evolving situation and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you and stay well,
Notary Learning Center
