Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, and acting in compliance with the "Stay at Home" mandates set forth by the State of California, Notary Learning Center will continue to comply with this daily changing situation and we anticipate resuming classes as soon as we are permitted. Since guidelines have yet to provide more clarity around when group gatherings will be able to resume, we are being advised by CPS HR Consulting as to the cancellations of our classes/exams on a bi-weekly basis.

With orders beginning to lift, we expect that we will be able to move forward with our scheduled classes and testing very soon. However with the ever changing situation, if classes are required to be postponed further we will continue to update this information here on our website and will be contacting our students via email.

If you are currently scheduled for a class which may end up being canceled, we will be contacting you via email with instructions for rescheduling your class. Please be advised, we are working diligently on reaching out to all of our students. If you have emailed or left a voice mail, we will be getting back to everyone as soon as possible.

Notary Learning Center is committed to ensuring a safe, sanitary environment for all of our students and is continuing to closely monitor all updates provided by the CDC and local government offices.

As our classes and State testing resumes, Notary Learning Center along with CPS HR Consulting, will follow the current State and County mandated guidelines which have been put in place and which we will be implementing at all of our class locations until further notice.

  • Our classrooms will comply with the current social distancing precautions to include ample seating, testing one candidate per 6 foot table. Our class locations hold a maximum of 40 people with some locations limited to less due to current restrictions.
  • Candidates will be allowed to bring personal sanitation items' including hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes into their exams.
  • Candidates will also be permitted to wear masks, should they choose. They will be required to show the exam proctor the mask to ensure nothing is hidden in it and it doesn't pose an exam security threat.

All of our facilities have committed to increasing their cleaning protocols and disinfect surfaces more frequently.

Anyone who shows up to class with the slightest symptoms of being ill will be asked to leave and should contact us to be rescheduled to a later date when they are well.

We understand the difficulties and challenges with this ever evolving situation and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you and stay well,
Notary Learning Center
